This is a series of completely improvisational music on various instruments. It encompasses a wide range of emotions and colors. The earliest pieces are just live recordings that have no edits and most have been recorded with the best available device at the time. (In many cases, an iPhone.)
There are chair squeaks, coughs, and other real sounds because it is a live moment. I suggest headphones are the best way to enjoy these.
